Follow up interview

I am just back from a second interview - a follow up to last week's screening interview. This time I met with a high school Principal and the campus Director of Special Education.

I tried to make sure I was a little more focused on giving thorough, and well-thought answers. Last week I walked out feeling that I had spent most of the interview "shooting from the hip". I think the job interview went as good as I could have hoped and after talking with the Principal for an hour, I left thinking that I would be glad for my kids to go to that high school.

Should be a few days before I know anything further.
