Tomy Big Big Big Loader

If you are looking for instructions for a Tomy Big Big Big Loader, follow this link to a pdf file.
Thanks, Tim for setting up the site.

If you need replacement marbles, email me. I'll send you an order form that I got from Tomy. They still sell the marbles as part of a Thomas the train set

I get at least one email a month from someone looking for instructions to a Tomy Big Loader set.

The Talker has one. He got it for his third birthday. We still get it out once in a while, but it is not one of his favorites anymore.

Anyways, the instructions are long gone, but the box lives on. Barely. So every time I am asked if I still have the directions, I end up taking some pictures of the box and emailing them. So I decided I would post them here, just in case some poor, hapless parent should be searching for instructions.

This is one of those toys that I would not try to set up without some help. There are several specific pieces that must go in a certain spot for the truck to run the entire route.

Edit: Add this to the Now Why Didn't I Think of That? File. I sent a guy these pics the last week. He was smart enough to email TOMY, the maker of the toy and they sent instructions. So I am now in possession of a pdf file instruction sheet specific to the Big Big Big Loader. Way to go, S!

I don't know how to upload it here, but I'll email it to ya!

I'll try to get some better pictures when The Boss Lady's camera is available.

For Jordan's 6th Birthday he got this Castle thingy that is made by Mega Blocks which look like Lego but are definitely not! I swear there were a thousand pieces. It doesn't stay together well and every time we get it out we have to put it together. A real test of your love for your child, that is.

Yeah, Mega Blocks lasted about one week around here. They would not stay together and The Talker was just frustrated with them all the time.

Yeah for Duplo! And now we are moving quickly into Lego. Big fun, big $$$.

Thank you so much for these pictures. I have been trying to put this together for my son for a couple of years now. If you have an idea where I can replace the dump truck attachment, I would appreciate it. We lost ours.

eBay is the only guess I have for parts. I occasionally see incomplete sets listed just for the spare parts.

You are likely buying a bunch of parts you don't need, but it might help out.

Hey Daddy,

Just wanted to thank you for the Tomy Big Loader instructions. My grandson has had it a couple of years and just dug it out of the closet. We don't have the box OR instructions so you saved the day! AND the toy!

Thanks! My boys found the big, big loader in the closet, and none of us could remember how to put it together. Glad to have found your site!

I appreciate your post! Every few months our 3 boys (3,5 & 8) find the Tomy Loader and want to put it together. We threw the box away and always go to the 'net' to find the picture. Found your blog this time. :) The boys are excited to try putting it together again.

Thanks for the Big Big & Big^3 Loader PDF! Helped us figure out what pieces were missing from the 2 sets we had here.

Thank you for posting the picture. We just brought home a big loader from a garage sale. There were no instructions. Without the picture I don't know if we ever would have figured this thing out.

We'd love to have you email us the form for the marbles for the Big Big Big Loader. Also, any chance you know where we can get another truck "base"? We have 4 grandsons and 1 just isn't enough!

Thanks! Judy

I cannot thank you enough for pictures and instructions. I am one of those parents who inherited this without instructions and after spending an entire Sunday afternoon trying to set it up I ended up drinking a well deserved bottle of wine! So thank you

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I picked up a Big Loader set yesterday at a school fete. It was just in a plastic bag with no box and no instructions and having to admit to my three year old that I had no idea what to do with it was a bit demoralising! Thank God for Google and thank God for your blog. You have restored my sons faith in my abilities :-)

Hi. I recently bought a big big loader at a thrift store because I needed a part for my grandson's big loader. The big big loader is missing some pieces so I thought maybe I could sell the pieces. Can you tell me if you think that would be worth my time and where I might go to post that I have the items for sale. Thanks. Paula

Somehow (still not sure how) I contacted your buddy FatherofFive after a precarious google search for instructions for the Big Big Loader. Even though he was still reeling from the fantastic Birthday Party he attended this weekend for a very good friend turning the big Four-Oh, he emailed me a PDF containing the precious how-to. Thank you for saving my husband's ego from an undeniable demise! Oh, and Dave says "hi".

Anna,

Glad you got the files. FoF is a great source of all things. Whereas I am just a source of all things trivial and kid-related.

have fun

Hi! My name is Rose, from the Philippines. I was just wondering if you have a big big loader engine? the white little car that moves? My brother's has the set of big big loader and big loader but the two engines doesn't function properly anymore. Everything is still okay except for the two engines. Maybe you can help me out.
Thank you!

Looking for the big loader replacement marbles, but when I click on the email link it says your sight is phishing and wants personal info....weird! Can you put up a PDF of the order form? That would be awesome! Thanks!
