Spend three hours watching Dukes of Hazzard re-runs on CMT tonight. Watching a good car chase or sixty, while running on the treadmill, hardly seems like exercise

Are you saying you were on the threadmill for 3 hours?
No way. 45 minutes is my limit at one stretch. But if I add the total from Fri until Sunday, well it is still a hell no. I don't have THAT much free time.
